William B. Raffensperger, P.E., PTOE of Ottawa, Illinois has joined EEI as Senior Project Engineer II. Reporting to Ronald G. Naylor, P.E., Senior Project Manager of the Transportation Group, Bill will be responsible for preliminary engineering and design of federally funded roadway projects. His past experience includes 15+ years working for the Illinois Department of Transportation performing Phase I preliminary engineering on a wide range of transportation projects.
