Job Description:

This individual would lead project teams on assignments in preliminary studies, facilities planning, troubleshooting, design, permitting and construction engineering services. Responsibilities would include team leadership, training, supervision, workload forecasts, project management plans, budget analysis, goal setting, business development and proposals. Candidate must be skilled in conventional and innovative water and wastewater treatment systems, have an understanding of the current and proposed regulatory climate and experience in project management activity.
